error after update 4.8.2

    Everything was working until the 4.8.2 update came out tonight, I updated and it gives the error that is in the image, nothing has changed, just updated, I already tried to do the process of entering the permalinks and saving the settings for him to remember, I cleaned cache but it didn’t work

    Still same error. You can try https://licensing.psu.ac.th/foxit-pdf-editor/ . If used 4.81 it can download. Thank you.

    That is OK, I am just trying to recreate the environment where the download doesn’t work, as I can’t reproduce the issue.
    Could you give me a list of your active plugins so I can replicate your environment? Also, PHP version and WP version would be nice.
