 * Hi,
I had my WP moved to a bigger server yesterday. Now WP-Piwik is rejecting
connection, giving the following error: _SSL certificate problem: self signed
   certificate_
 * This is wrong though, as I use a Let’s Encrypt certificate on this site. The
DNS finished propagating more than 12 hours ago, so that all other parts od the
WP instance are working as they should. Do I need a new Auth-Token or how do
I get WP-Piwik to connect again?
 * Strange thing is, sometimes, after a few refreshs it works for a few. If I refresh
again, all data is gone again.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Ferror-after-switching-servers%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Maybe your new WP server does not have the Let’s Encrypt root certificates installed?(
   They are quite new…)
 * Have a look on how to enable certificates and refresh the certificates list:

   [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-piwik-https-ssl-support/#post-2580794](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-wp-piwik-https-ssl-support/#post-2580794)
 * Here you can get the Let’s Encrypt root certs which may be missing:
 * Otherwise, you can also disable the SSL verification (WP-Piwik expert settings),
but of course it would be a better solution to get the certs working as expected
   again. 😉

 * Thanks for your quick response. The root-certs were ok, because there was a Let’s
Encrypt cert there already before moving to the new server. After reading through
your links, WP-Piwik seemed to have healed itself. So it seems that the DNS needed
longer to propagate to Piwik!?. Anyways, all seems good now. Thanks for your
   work.
