# Error After Submitting Order Form

 * Hello!
 * Lately, I have been getting an error when trying to submit an order form on my
   website powered by Woocommerce. I am using Network Merchants for my payment gateway
   if that helps any.
 * The error I’ve been getting is:
 * Gateway Error: Please notify the store owner about this error.
 * WP_Error Object
    ( [errors] => Array ( [http_request_failed] => Array ( [0] =
   > cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received))
 * [error_data] => Array
    ())
 * The website is shocknstop.com

 * The gateway isn’t able to send any information to the payment server. It could
   be a problem with the gateway or a problem with your host.

 * So how should I go about resolving this? Contacting both my hosting provide and
   gateway provider?

 * I’d ask that the gateway developer increase the timeout of their requests from
   5 seconds to something higher, so if the request is slow for whatever reason 
   it does not error so soon.
