Error after submit quote

    I has installed the free version of NP Quote Request WooCommerce. I have set the checkout method as RFQ. When customer fill in their info and click “Submit Your Request for Quote” in checkout page, customer still remain in the same page and a red bar with no text appear.
    Also the RFQ request creates new order in WooCommerce, but emails are not being sent/received. Could you please give the advice on these problems?

    WooCommerce – 3.7.1
    WordPress Importer– 0.6.4

    It would be very helpful if you shared the plugin setting and WooCommerce version. Do you have an error log we can look at?

    Hello,
    I have exactly the same error with a red bar in wich we can not read the message. The order is well created but no email comes.
    In inspector we can see the error erreur 500 wc-ajax=checkout
    In the log of Woocommerce we can see 2020-08-03T03:40:09+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method WC_Email_Customer_RFQ::get_additional_content() in /htdocs/wp-content/plugins/woo-rfq-for-woocommerce/includes/classes/emails/class-wc-email-customer-rfq.php:108
    I tried to desactivate other plugins but no success / My theme is an enfold theme
    I tried to desactivate NP pluging and use only cheque paiement, all works perfectly
    Have you got suggestion ?

    “get_additional_content” is a WooCommerce function. What version of WooCommerce are you using?

    A too old version of Woocommerce. I updated the version of my Woocommerce that solved my problem ! Thank you 🙂
