    First of all, thanks for great plugin! I have error when fill form and

    WP version is 4.9.8

   usually means that there is a conflict with some other plugin or maybe even the
   theme. The best way to find the issue is to do some basic troubleshooting of

 * All fine, thank you! I have some strange text in field URL-адрес перенаправления
   by default. =) I delete it and all work fine now.
