# Error after delete install.php

 * Dear Support
    I have install wordpress a few weeks ago.. sometimes my blog redierct
   to wp-admin/install.php, so I deleted install.php but when I open the url it’s
   say “The webpage at [http://www.chanteepps.com/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.chanteepps.com/wp-admin/install.php)
   has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing
   third-party cookies may fix the problem. ” . I have clear the cache too”..I have
   clear the cache but no luck.
 * Then I upload again the install.php, save on wp-config..when I open my blog it’s
   looks just [http://www.chanteepps.com/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.chanteepps.com/wp-admin/install.php).
 * I open myphpadmin to ensure correct database name but myphpadmin say
    “Error
 * SQL query: Edit
 * SET CHARACTER SET ‘utf8’;
 * MySQL said:
 * #1045 – Access denied for user ‘root’@’localhost’ (using password: NO) “
 * Please someone help me..what can I do for solve this problem..I was scared.

 * I have delete .htacces..the url still [http://www.chanteepps.com/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.chanteepps.com/wp-admin/install.php)
   and Myphpadmin too..I open cpanel on other browser.. 🙁

 * your hosting provider is “astonishing” . They don’t have a proper tech support
   team? You should consider switch host then.

   takes me to the log in page did you you clear your cache and delete cookies.
