• Hello,

I have been experiencing an issue the last several times I have updated the ‘Email Subscribers & Newsletters’ plugin where after updating the plugin, I am redirected to a white page that displays what looks to be a php error similar to the following:

    “/home/<ACCOUNT>/public_html/wp-content/plugins/email-subscribers/includes/feedback/class-ig-tracker-v-1-0-8.phpNot Found”

Once this page is displayed, I am unable to load my site, logout of WP, anything. I just see the above error message when visiting any page on the site. After maybe 2 minutes of refreshing, the error page goes away, the plugin has been updated, and the site functions as expected.

This behavior is undesired and I would appreciate your help in resolving both why this is occurring and how to prevent this from occurring in the future.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    It’s strange.

    It shouldn’t happen.

Please let us know exact line number in a code from where this error is generated. You can get it from the log or form the error email which you received.

We will take a look into it.
