Error adding the attachment

    When I send an email for posting with an attached PDF file to upload, it has started rejecting the PDF and saying that it can’t upload the file into the uploads folder. I did find that it will work if I tell wordpress (NOT) to organize uploads in year and month folders. Not really sure why that makes a difference, but any help getting this back to working in organized folders would be much appreciated!!

    This issue started a few weeks ago, but prior to that everything worked just fine!

    I’ve tested this with the option turned on and off and both seem to work fine on my test system.

    It is possible that the permissions got changed on your upload folders somehow. You could test by turning the option back on then trying to manually add a PDF to the media library.

    If that is successful, please leave the option turned on and install the Support AddOn which will capture all the logs and place them in a zip file in your media library. Send that file to help@postieplugin.com
