# Error adding sheet

 * I just installed after when I go to add a new sign-up sheet and fill it out. 
   I get ‘Error adding sheet’.
 * I selected advance errors and this is the error I get now….
    Error adding sheet…
   Table ‘xxxxx.wp_3_dls_sus_sheets’ doesn’t exist.

 * Please try deactivating and reactivating the plugin. If you are still having 
   this issue, were any errors thrown when you activated the plugin?

 * I did that. I also uninstalled and reinstalled. Same error.

 * Can you please turn on debug mode, then deactivate/reactivate and let me know
   if any errors or messages are thrown upon activation?
 * To turn on debug mode, you can go into your **wp-config.php** file and set WP_DEBUG
   to true…
 * `define('WP_DEBUG', false);`
 * Also, please confirm that your `$table_prefix` variable matches the one from 
   the error message… “wp_3_” (this is also in your **wp-config.php** file).
