# Error adding new users

 * Hi, i’m very new to world press, i haven’t installed anything, just using it 
   trough the web site, do i need to install something in order for it to work properly?
 * The thing is when i try to add a new user i get this message:
    Oops. You have
   exceeded the limit of users allowed per blog.
 * Is it not possible to add new users being a free user?
    I will aprecciate a LOT
   some help!!

    but

    the part where i´m very new
   to this whole blog thing does nothing for your patience?
 * I get sent here directly from my dashboard on my blog when I click on the help
   tab, so if you could be so kind as to explain to me why is it that I can’t be
   helped in these forums I would be most grateful.
