Error activating pro license

Hello,
We’ve bought a license to the plugin for 1 year on the 11th of March, and I was trying to activate it today but it says it expired on March 12th, 2021. I have not used it on other sites.
The license is associated with the email: Mohamed@neamtalla.com.
I’ve tried reaching out via mail and I’ve gotten no reply. Can you resolve this issue?
