    I’m having a problem adding a client to 2FA. I get an error that says, “Error Activating 2FA – The code provided does not match the expected value. Please verify that the time on your authenticator device is correct and that this server’s time is correct.”

    It works perfectly fine for 2 other users on the site, but not the client’s.

    Hey @7107digital,

    What type of device is the user with the issue using? Since it’s working for others and not them it indicates that their device time isn’t in sync with the server time. The app-based TOTP method is time sensitive, the device and server time need to be in sync to work.
