 * Hi with the new version 2.13.1, the save button is missing. I checked the using
   the Chrome browser inspector console and dont see any JS errors.
 * Another thing I noticed is even when I change the SMS gateway to anyother option,
   the fields for all the SMS gateways are displayed. i.e. the fields related to
   other SMS gateways are not made invisible.
 * Seems to be some serious issue !
