 * We’re sorry to hear you have had an issue with the latest version.
 * We believe the issue is due to the PHP Version you are using, we have corrected
   it our end and will push out a bug fix shortly.
 * In the mean time could you please confirm the version of PHP you are using so
   we can make sure this is definitely fixed?

   issue with 4.0.1 to our attention, which has since been resolved with update 
   4.0.2.
 * We appreciate everyones patience while we dealt with this problem and apologies
   for any inconvenience cause.
