 * Hi Devanweiss,
 * The error means the user, password and/or database information in your wp-config.
   php file is incorrect. You should double check that the information supplied
   is correct.

 * you should check your wp-config file (wp installation folder/wp-content/wp-config.
   php) to see if it shows the proper database config. If not you’ll have to get
   that info from MySQLDatabases, from the control panel of your host.

 * Hi Devanweiss,
 * assuming this is a new installation (or migration etc?), it sounds like the wp-
   config.php file (located in your sites’ root folder) hasn’t been configured for
   your site yet – when you install wordpress, it installs a “wp-config-sample.php”
   file, which you then have to rename to “wp-config.php” and also adjust to your
   settings (you have to insert details of: the username and password for your database,
   database name, plus you also need to add your “salt keys” – these are 8 sets
   of security “keys” (long string of numbers and symbols etc), which you get from
   wordpress via the salt-keys URL listed within the text in the wp-config.php file…..).
 * Once you have done all that & saved the wp-config.php file, try accessing your
   site again – it should now work & be able to access the database.
 * Cheers, Karen.

 * it’s on your server, if you don’t normally log into your host’s control panel
   you probably ftp. either way should do.
 * When you get on your server, your wp installation folder will be in a folder,
   probably called “public_html”.

 * No public_HTML on the c panel.
    Anything else?

 * Public html is not in c panel. c panel will probably have a button called “file-
   manager” that’s how you access all the folders and files. One Folder is public_html
