# Error 511 Payment

 * Hi there,
 * At the weekend we had a couple of complaints from customers. They were receiving
   the following message after purchasing.
 * ‘Your transaction has been successful but there has been a problem connecting
   back to the merchant’s website. Please contact the merchant and advise them that
   you received this message.’
 * We are using Elavon Realex Payments HPP on the site. Any advice on how to amend
   this?
