    Hello,

I would like to ask a question.

On the Admin panel, when I try to save the form I get these errors on the console:

    POST https://staging.site.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 508 jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2
    builder.js?ver=3.5.7:5911

Do you know how I can fix this?

    Best Regards

Can you try temporarily deactivating all your plugins that are not Ninja Forms add-ons and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty.
If you do not have a development environment for your site (this is best practice and highly recommended), you can use the Health Check plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/) to temporarily disable plugins and your theme for a single user session, instead of all users using your site.
If this solves your issue, then the problem was caused by an issue in one of those plugins or your theme. Reactivate them one at a time until the issue returns to determine which plugin is causing the conflict.`

If you are still having issues, can you contact our official support at ninjaforms.com/contact/ so we can help you further troubleshoot.

    Hello,

Thank you for your answer. But after 2 months your answer came a bit late.

I fixed the error. If it comes back again then I will contact you at the link provided. It was a DB-related issue that created this error.

    Best Regards
