 * hi,
    A problem has edit or save post.I get 504 Gateway Timeout. I deactive all
   plugin and repair & optimize DB. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can fix
   this issue?

 * Check the htaccess file is in place or not and increase the memory limit and 
   then try.

 * Hi,
 * 504 Gateway Timeout error is commonly found in WordPres + NGINX Web server combination.
   From the WordPress side, you can either increase the memory or check for the 
   plugin conflict.
 * Since, plugin conflict has not worked, you should contact your web host for this.

 * Following are some tweaks you can make in php.ini file to fix it. (all other 
   tweaks need to be made at Web Host).
