Error 503 – backend fetch failed – One.com

    when trying to install the backed-up package, I get this message:

    ERROR: AJAX ERROR! STATUS:503 Backend fetch failed
    Please try again an issue has occurred.

    I get this at 99,7%

    I am using One.com, who are pointing me to the support of Duplicator Pro.

    Hope you guys can solve this.

    Thanks for the feedback! Here are a few items that may provide a solution to this issue…

    Possibility 1: A security plugin is blocking admin-ajax.
    It’s possible you have a security plugin running that’s blocking things. Disable any security plugins, Run a package build, If build works, turn back on plugins, and isolate the setting preventing the build.

    Possibility 2: The host is blocking admin-ajax.php. Some hosts have rules that block calls to admin-ajax.php. If you suspect this to be the case submit a support ticket.

    Hi,

    I have the same problem. Installed a new database (empty database).

    I am using One.com too, who are pointing me to the support of Duplicator.
    I bought the pro version. Nothing works. What can I do?
