# Error 502?

 * Hi everyone!
    I wanted to start using Elementor on my webpage, and I have installed
   the plugin without any errors. But when I create a page and click on elementor,
   I get a 502 error. This hasn’t happend with a different page editor, so I don’t
   know what the problem is. My website uses a https, but the error states that 
   it could not find the www version? Maybe that helps. Thanks in advance, greetings

 * Please check how the options for WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)
   are set under the general settings of WordPress.

 * Thanks for the quick response.
    I checked the settings and they both say [https://www.mywebsite](https://www.mywebsite)
   It seems strange to me, because it should work? I can try with a non https site,
   would that work?
