Hi @johnymas,
Thanks for reporting this.
Does it happen on both admin and front end ?
If you can access your wp admin, can you try to disable your plugins and see if it solves the issue ?
Thanks 🙂
Hi
Yes it it happened on both pages but now seems to be ok. I’ve successfuly updated four web pages to version 3.3.28.
Weird, do you have any idea of what could have caused this issue ?
Thanks for your help !
Yes there are changes (not major ones) as listed in this changelog, but the theme successfully passed our tests before being released.
How did you solve the initial issue ? Just by reuploading the theme ?
here is how I rescued this problem.
Firstly I deleted customizr folder from themes and then I copied old customizr folder back (two or three version older) and then it started to work autamaticaly.
Ok, so you’re currently running a theme version prior to 3.3.28 or did you re-update to the latest now ?
Thanks
re-updated to the latest. Now I’m runnig theme version 3.3.28 and everthing’s working great.
ok fine then. this will stay quite mysterious but the important point is that it’s working for you !
:)Many thanks for your help !
I think I have the same problem on jts.glezer.co.il (it’s my dev site):
Warning: require_once(/home/yaagle/jts.glezer.co.il/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/class-fire-widgets.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/yaagle/jts.glezer.co.il/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/init.php on line 175

@jts_il : the problem should be fixed now. The wp.org server copy of the theme was incomplete. (confirmed by the server admin)
Is there any possible way to prevent getting error when theme updates is set to auto update?
