Error 500 – White Screen

As it is quite urgent for me to solve this issue I am posting my question also here next to the TMS Plugins ticket system. Can you please get in contact with me?
I get the following errors:

I moved my WordPress Homepage from my testing environment were it worked great, to the productive environment. I used Duplicator and the extracting process etc worked. But when I open the website i can see the frontend besides all pages where WP Amelia is integrated with the shortcodes. Furthermore when i try to log into the backend i get an Error 500 message. I tried all the different things in this case (renamed htaccess, more PHP memory limits, …) nothing worked. WordPress send me an email with the detailed error report.
I also tried to upgrade to WordPress 5.4, tried different PHP Versions, upgraded to Amelia 2.5 but nothing worked. This is a quite critical issue for me.

For all of you who are interested. The topic was resolved but it was quite a hassle. I couldnt figure out the final root cause. I tried to migrate the website from my testenvironment from Webgo to 1&1. And after migrating it i always got an error 500 which was caused by WP Amelia (according to the logs). I couldnt figure out what happened and tried a lot of things. 1&1 support was supportive but also couldnt solve it.
I contacted the owner of the plugin who were really helpful and supporting. The owners of the plugin installed the website on a local testservers of theirs and it worked like charm. Also i tried to install it on another hosters webspace (Strato). Also there it worked perfectly. So it must have something to do with 1&1. As we couldnt figure it out we finally moved the clients page to another hoster (Webgo) where everything worked right away.
So in the end i didnt have any idea why it didnt work at the server of 1&1. I just wanted to say the plugin works perfectly at other servers and the team has been very supportive. Thank you for that!!
