  • Hello,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Did that and it still was happening. Seems to be on only 4 of my items, the rest of them work fine.

    Hi @testerm!

This is a fairly common, but generic error that doesn’t tell us much about the actual issue or where it is coming from.

We do, however, have some official documentation around this error, and how to go about debugging it here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/debug-info-internal-server-500-error/

Please do work through that as a first step, and see how it goes, then come back and let us know.

    Cheers!
