Hi, I’m trying to update the plugin to version 2.0.7. Actually mine is 2.0.6.

    The site crashes, error 500.

Made a backup, everything works fine.

If I go to the WordPress backend, and clicking on the plugin settings, I don’t see anything … it’s a blank page, I only see the top menu but each tab is empty.

    Any idea?

The other plugins are all updated.

    Hi, always me …
I updated the plugin to version 2.8, but the backend problem remains, if I go to the plugin settings I don’t see anything.
I can’t even start scanning for cookies, I click the button but it doesn’t connect me to CookieYes.

    Hi @kiwidesigncp,

This seems to be a server error. This may happen when the server exhausted the memory limit or other issues. So kindly increase your server limit and then try cookie scanning. You will get to know more about this issue here.
