Error 500 on random pages in admin section

    Hi, since a few days I have quite a lot of 500 error with my blog.
    I’m using it mainly to post pictures with nextgen gallery.
    I was uploading pictures as usual (I didn’t do any update to any plugin or wp) when it gaves me an error 500.
    And since then each time I tried to upload a picture it fails, and I have a 500 on almost any page of the admin section.
    Like right now even the admin homepage doesn’t work.
    I increased the memory limit of WP and php to 1Gb just to try but it didn’t change anything.
    I restarted the server several time also.
    All I can found in the http error logs is this kind of messages :
