    Hello,

We have another problem with woocommerce. we have an error 500 each time we acces to the shop page, or on a product page.

We tried all things, desactivated all plugins except woo, switch to default woo theme, etc.. nothing works. No Log file. We dont know where the probleme comefrom.

    Hi @jakours2 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are experiencing a 500 error on your Shop page, and single product pages, is this correct?

i have gone to your site [redundant URL removed by moderator], and am unable to replicate the issue, as the pages seem to load as expected on my end:

Have you managed to resolve this issue, or are you seeing something different? If you are not seeing the same results as us on your end, please try clearing your browser cache and checking your site again.

Alternatively, can you check your site in private/incognito mode and see if the pages load as expected on your end.

Should the issue persist, please can you clarify if the issue only occurs when viewing those pages logged in (admin and/or custom), and also any changes/updates possibly made to the site prior to noticing this issue.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Hi @beautyofcode
The special field “The page I need help with” is only visible to logged-in users. This means that this information won’t be indexed by Google and other search engines.
Therefore, please be careful in not publishing links openly that the original poster may want to not show here.

We (the moderator team) are usually quite hesitant about removing URL’s, since — if we start doing it systematically — we’ll have much more to do than we’d ever be able to cope with, being just volunteer moderators.

Since you’re an active support contributor, you might benefit a lot from joining the global Slack team for WordPress contributors (via https://make.wordpress.org/chat/ ). For instance, if you want to double-check anything with the moderators, then you can ask quickly ask in “forums” channel,

    Hello @beautyofcode,

I solved this by myself. It was not related to WooCommerce but a problem with the htacces file. So, sorry to bother.

    Thank you!
