    I have a huge problem.
    I wanted to move subfolders and now this error is coming up:

    Apache/2.2.21 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.21 OpenSSL/0.9.7a mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_fcgid/2.3.5

    I read a couple forums and it could be that I am not reading right but I did the following things.

    .htaccess and index files are in root folder and in subfolders.
    .htaccess and index files in root includes this:
    .htaccess

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
    </IfModule>

    # END WordPress

    index.php
    <?php
    /**
    * Front to the WordPress application. This file doesn't do anything, but loads
    * wp-blog-header.php which does and tells WordPress to load the theme.
    *
    * @package WordPress
    */

    /**
    * Tells WordPress to load the WordPress theme and output it.
    *
    * @var bool
    */
    define('WP_USE_THEMES', true);

    /** Loads the WordPress Environment and Template */
    require('./wordpress/wordpress/wp-blog-header.php');
    ?>

    so and the subfolders have this:
    .htaccess

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /wordpress/wordpress/
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /wordpress/wordpress/index.php [L]
    </IfModule>

    # END WordPress

    index.php
    <?php
    /**
    * Front to the WordPress application. This file doesn't do anything, but loads
    * wp-blog-header.php which does and tells WordPress to load the theme.
    *
    * @package WordPress
    */

    /**
    * Tells WordPress to load the WordPress theme and output it.
    *
    * @var bool
    */
    define('WP_USE_THEMES', true);

    /** Loads the WordPress Environment and Template */
    require('./wp-blog-header.php');
    ?>

    I also made sure that all the folders are still existing. The wordpress/wordpress one is the original subfolder structure. So I just wanted to move it back and it worked fine, and all the sudden I get this error. And I have no clue what I have to do as I don't have any access to either the website or the wp-admin login page.

    Oh, there is also another folder which is all the way at the beginning (no root folder with htaccess files or index.

    There is one htaccess file which has this:
    # Use PHP5 as default
    AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .php

    but now index file...

    Thank you so much for your help.
