# ERROR 500 – INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

 * After upload photo files by FTP i try to use Symbiostock Processor (cron job)(
   Run now) but i had an error ocurred with the follow message:
 * Erro 500 – Internal Server Error
 * Could please somebody explain what is this?

 * As the 500 error is a generic server issue, it cannot be diagnosed externally.

   an account and send me a message via PM with your login info, I can try to diagnose
   where it is hanging up on your server.
