    I have turned on debug in the wp-config but somehow the log is still empty. Do I need to change read/write permission on the logs folder? I have followed all the instructions (copied all fields to sheets, lowercase sheet name) but still nothing shows up. Only difference is that I am using a multiple tab sheets.

    Hi @faviancyril,

    Can you make sure you are looking log file under the wp-content directory? Or you are referring log.txt file which you can open up via Google Sheet->Integration page?

    If you have just turned on WP_DEBUG then it’s not enough. Also, add the following and then check.

    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);

    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true);

    define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);

    define(‘SAVEQUERIES’, true);

    Let me know.




    Im looking at the log file under the Google Sheets Integration. And yes I have added those settings to wp_config @westerndeal

    Can you check what error is printed under the debug.log file? The file would be created under WordPress wp-content folder.



    I am having the same error on this.

    Can you please look into this. Including the Plugin is not recognizing that Contact From 7 is activated. when I try to activated as I had to deactivate because of the 500 issue this plugin is breaking my site.

    Can you turn on WordPress debug to narrow down the issue of 500 error and not recognizing the activation of CF7?

    Add following code in wp-config.php before /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true );
    define( ‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘SAVEQUERIES’, true );

    Then again activate the plugin and submit the form and see what exact error is printed and let us know.

    Note: The debug.log file would be created under the wp-content folder.
