error 500 al actualizar plugins

    Same issue on at least 3 sites. Recent backups (last couple of days) are the same, but rolling back a week, disabling automatic plugin updates seems to fix it. Plugins individually update okay. Unfortunately, it means a lot of redoing work from the last week… so a fix or more info would be useful.

    Note: All the sites affected use Elementor, I don’t know if that is the issue, but it updates manually okay. Other sites where Elementor is not installed have so far been okay, so it’s the only lead I have so far.

    Ok, no te entiendo muy bien (supongo que por el traductor). Quieres decirme que me lo tienen que arreglar los de mi hosting?

    1. Your website appears to use an unsupported language. Did you try to translate it to English?
    2. Did you try to install one update at a time? Which plugin causes the error?

    3. If skipping that update keeps the website useful, you may want to skip that plugin’s version.

    ortopedianatal, my hosting company (one.com) failed to fix it, I had to restore the site from backups and then I was able to update the plugins manually from there, if that helps.

    Muchas gracias a todos.

    Como soy una completa ignorante de estos temas, no me ha quedado más remedio que pedirle a mi empresa de alojamiento que lo arreglen, previo pago, claro está y aún así no me garantizan que se pueda arreglar (de momento he pagado por una hora de trabajo).

    Os contaré, por si os vale, lo que ha pasado al final.

    Como os dije, os comento lo que me han dicho desde el servicio técnico de mi hosting:

    “Vemos que el error en este caso se producía por un bug en el plugin «astra-sites», y una vez actualizado este, ya ha permitido actualizar con normalidad el resto de elementos.”

    Os lo dejo por si os ayuda en otros casos.
