Error 500 after attempting plugin updates: can’t access host server or wp-admin

    Hi, so long story short I decided to click the update button on the outdated plugins, the page then crashed and all the pages of my site, including the admin parts, are stuck behind a 500 server error.
    I don’t have access to the host server (I have contacted them to see if they can provide any assistance), what can I do?
    All suggestions appreciated, I’m close to rebuilding the whole thing from scratch.
