Support » Plugin: NinjaFirewall (WP Edition) - Advanced Security » Error 500 after an update of NinjaFireWall plugin

  • Hello,
    Today I have updated the Ninja Firewall Plugin.
    Since my website administration display an error 500.
    The only way to bypass it is to remove manually the folder of the plugin and his cache via FTP

    I have not made any modification on my website since weeks before the update.

    After the delete, I have tried to install a new copy of the plugin but it do the same thing : error 500.

    An idea please ?

    Did you check your PHP error log?

    Enable WP_DEBUG in your WordPress wp-config.php:
    Search for: define('WP_DEBUG', false);
    Replace with: define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    And add this line below: define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    The error log (if any) will be located in “/wp-content/debug.log”.
