This has been resolved by changes permissions in public_html. But can you tell me that how is permissions in public_html automathatically changes? It is possible that the issue was caused by one of the plugins or theme installed on your site. I recommend reaching out to your hosting company and asking them to take a look at the Server Error Log – they should be able to figure out by looking at the logs what caused the error.
