# Error 500

 * The plugin was running with no problem but when i changed the string translation
   too automatic I got a 500 error (white page). I can’t enter the dashboard page
   but i can see the other pages. I removed the plugin via cpanel and try to reinstall
   it but when activating the plugin the error returns. I’ve checked .htaccess and
   WP memory and everything seems to be ok. I would appreciate any help.

   your WordPress version as well as the version of our plugin you were using? Additionally,
   the version of Polylang you are using would be helpful. Thanks!

 * Hi bisle, the WP version is 4.5.3 and Polylang version is 1.9.2. Now I can use
   the plugin (no error when activate it) but it doesn’t work: the uplodoad status
   always shows the clock and if i try to update the status I got this error: “Failed
   to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server 
   Error)” (Chrome console).
