    From last two days, on my website http://www.dreamhomeguide.in I am getting Error 500- Internal server error, whenever I click any page either on my website or on Dashboard of wordpress. But this problem does not continues for a longtime. After 30-45 seconds everything starts working normal. When I contacted my host “Hostgator”, they told me that from the error log they have found that Jetpack plugin is causing this problem so I have to deactivate Jetpack for smooth functioning of my website. What should I do as because I don’t want to deactivate Jetpack as I am using lots of services from it. Please help me!

    Could you ask them for more information about the issue? They should be able to use the error logs to find out more about the problem, and give us exact details about the error, and what we can do to fix it.

    As asked by you, I contacted my host and they gave me the following details.

    [Fri Nov 07 05:36:30 2014] [error] [client 122.252.237.34] File does not exist: /home/dreamh11/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/css/fonts, referer: http://www.dreamhomeguide.in/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/css/jetpack-icons.min.css?ver=3.2

    Thanks! Although I’m not sure why this error would create a 500 error on your site, we should be able to fix this. Could you try to make the following changes to the Jetpack plugin?
