 * Hi. I have serious problem with my blog [http://www.taskylonea.com](http://www.taskylonea.com)
   
   Since yesterday my blog is down. When I write the address, a blank page appears
   and says the message error 500. Please tell my what to do assuming that I can’t
   even log in to dashboard. Thank you.

 * Try these steps to rename the `plugins` directory in case it’s a plugin conflict.
    1. Using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever filemanagement
       tools your host has provided you with navigate to the `wp-content` directory.
    2. Once there locate and **rename** the `plugins` directory to `plugins-old`. Just
       rename that one directory and nothing else.
    3. Try and re-login to your WordPress dashboard.
 * If it’s a plugin conflict then that may let you back into your WordPress dashboard.
   If that does not work (please don’t delete anything) then there may be other 
   steps you can try.
