 * I just installed it, and did everything right. And this comes up:

 * Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘/usr/www/virtual/kylepc/www.paralizedtoad.
   com/wp-includes/wp-l10n.php’
 * (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /usr/www/virtual/kylepc/www.paralizedtoad.
   com/wp-settings.php on line 118
 * WTF? I have been working on this for four hours. The database information is 
   perfectly correct, and I checked everywhere in wordpress, and there is no “wp
   =110n.php” file.
