• Hello,

I would like to ask for help about our 410 Error on AWS EBS Environment.
We have all documentation that refer to that error.

First, let list some error that we have faced:

    1. 410. You cannot access this page directly on main page.

    2. You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page. This error occurred when we are using built in playground.

Then, this is some info from our diagnostic result based on built int function:

    1. Everything is OK

    2. I can hit WSL endpoint based on URL provided inside diagnostic tool, with reply 200. Thanks for stopping by!

Based on the solution that provided on troubleshoot page that WSL provide, this is so far that we have been set up:

    1. Adding permission to write and read to all folder.

    2. Adding WSL URL into Cloudflare for whitelist.

    3. Adding WSL URL into memcached to be allowed or whitelist.

    4. PHP Sessions is enabled.

Based on those fixing, we are still facing those errors.
Our architecture is simple, that we are using CDN (Cloudflare) in front of EBS and using memcached to cache any WP session and file to be used across EBS multi instances.

All permission is already added for WP to be able to write and read session.

Any thought and other solution that we must do for EBS Deployment case ?

    Thank You

    Best Regards
