 * i’m having major problems with my site recently (blog.mysteryman007.instantfreesite.
   com). I’m getting internal server errors (error 500) and i’ve noticed that i 
   can’t create posts due to a 406 error.
 * I’ve checked my FTP for this and it seems fine.
 * I have also reported this to the instantfreesite forums too incase it is nothing
   to do with wp
