sorry , i have no idea what you are referring to.
are we talking about wordpress.org ?
wp-pizza.com ?
or some other website you installed the plugin on (i.e demo.goodfriendgreatfood.com) in which case the issue is there and there’s nothing i can help you with ?
ps: error 406 appears to be a apache mod_security issue (more often than not)
nothing to do with the plugin
in fact i mark this topic as resolved as it (i.e 406 error response) has nothing whatsoever to do with the plugin (but feel free to add to the thread, i’ll read and assist if i can)
I am talking about using your Wp-pizza plugin. You made it that a user can register so they don’t have to re-fill all the personal info every time they order. So I am on the checkout order page, and I registered myself. I then receive a password in my email confirming I registered. So on the next order on the check out page, I enter my username, password and click on the orange “Log In” button. Instead of my personal info such as name, phone and email auto filling, the “Error 406 -Not Acceptable” pops up instead. So my question is this error is the result of my server security issue or is it the software bug? Thanks for your help.
it’s almost certainly a server issue (but i may be wrong)
check out some of these
https://www.google.co.uk/#q=406+status+code
i shall investigate myself though too.
that status code i have never actually come across so *maybe* there is something i could do to get around that , but i can’t say for sure
let me rephrase:
it’s almost certainly connected to a server setup issue and that status code may or may not be triggered by the plugin in certain circumstances.
i’ll have to try to reproduce this first before i can say for definite
Problem is fixed. It is related to the Apache server on my web hosting company. Thanks
