# Error 404.3 on export

 * Error 404.3 when trying to export to file. SSL timeout when trying to provide
   feedback. I’m not a developer or a web designer, so I don’t know anything about
   installing MIME maps or handlers.
 * Here’s some detail from the error page:
    The page you are requesting cannot be
   served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a
   handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map…

 * Thank you very much for responding. I have not been able to perform an export.
   The error occurs after selecting export to file using the AiO WP Migration plugin.
   The plugin creates the file, but when I click to download the resulting file,
   the 404.3 error occurs.

 * Hi mpmorris,
 * It looks like your server does not support .wpress mime type.
    Could you download
   the .wpress file that you have exported via FTP (wp-content/ai1wm-backups) instead?
