# Error 404 when publishing from Google Forms

 * I have created a form using the old version of Google Forms and added it in the
   Google Forms plugin.
 * When I add the share link and save, I can see the page when I preview draft. 
   As soon as I publish I am receiving the 404 page not found.
    I contacted my host,
   the did not see any errors generated. I tried disabling the ModSecurity. The 
   tech at the host created a new form, with the same error. I have refreshed all
   cache, changed browsers, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari.
 * Changed the form back to draft mode, appears fine. Publish.. No luck! Can anyone
   provide any assistance?

 * Not sure what happened… Turned all my plugins back on and finally, it worked.
