   and sometimes archives..

 * What causes this?
 * my .htaccess looks like this

   On RewriteBase / RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}!-
   d RewriteRule . /index.php [L] </IfModule>
