 * Hi there
    After pressing the “submit” button on the form, it leads to an “error
   404” page (“not found”). How can I change this?
 * You can see that here: [http://komitee.herbert-osterbauer.at/neuer-eintrag/](http://komitee.herbert-osterbauer.at/neuer-eintrag/)

 * Odd. Please send a list of active plugins and the Nirvana options export file
   to me at chris at wpmission.com. I will try to re-create the problem.

 * This was solved by deleting and reinstalling the plugin. (Testimonials and settings
   are not deleted.)

 * I have this same issue with my Strong Testimonials form on my website – [http://www.laststopcounsellingservices.co.uk/site/testimonials/](http://www.laststopcounsellingservices.co.uk/site/testimonials/)
 * I have tried the following 2 possible solutions without success:
    – I have deleted
   and re-installed the plugin – I have deactivated all other plugins

 * salakoao found out that having a field named “name” was the cause. Using the
   default “client_name” or something other more just “name” fixed it.
