 * hello,
 * My WP config:
    – Version : 2.7 – Theme : sliding door modified – Plugins : Contact
   form 7, statcounter, random image, sensitive tag cloud, shutter reloaded, viper’s
   video – web host : infomaniak – url : [http://www.shams.fr](http://www.shams.fr)
 * I’ve got some trouble on my home page. whatever the settings I choose (page, 
   or recent posts…) my home page is redirected to the 404 theme page…
 * Can you help me?!

 * Hi! thank you for your answer!.
 * That’s right, my home page is “[http://www.shams.fr/?page_id=8&#8221](http://www.shams.fr/?page_id=8&#8221);
   
   But as you can see, when you just go to “[http://www.shams.fr/](http://www.shams.fr/)”
   it produces a 404 error…
 * I use sliding door theme, and in one of its php file, I change a line to link
   my home picture with my home page and it works well. I don’t think it’s related
   to my 404 error, because when I use another theme, I still have my problem…

 * Still have my problem here…
 * And no solutions, so maybe I will reinstall wordpress using the new function 
   button in the dashboard. Is this function will erase all my post, theme, plugin,
   preferences … ?
