The unzip went wrong. * Delete all the files from the server – except wp-config.php * Unzip WordPress again, but this time make sure the unziping maintains folder structure. You should end up with /wp-admin /wp-includes /wp-content /wp-images and then several files. By using your cPanel, or whatever file manager is provided by your host. By using a FTP client. I uploaded a site for someone yesterday using just their CPanel File Manager. I just checked and there is at least one file missing. * The easiest way is to use Filezilla: [http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/FileZilla/](http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/FileZilla/) and using that is much faster and allows you to upload many files all at once. It also allows you to compare the sizes of files between what’s in the computer and what is on your site.
