Error 403 on get refreshed fragments

    The cart button is not loading, it opens a blank tab and also its not possible to add anything on cart.

    In dev tab, i can see this 403 error with jquery related.

    Fragments request from woocommerce is disabled on your site.
    People usually do it for optimization purpose.
    Please check your plugins responsible for optimization/caching.

    i found out that the security plugin was rejecting as a spam form.
