Hello @heatherjdesigns
We hope this message finds you well.
Thank you for reaching out to our Support team. We are saddened and concerned that you have to face this issue. Usually 403 error occurs when 2 different email addresses are being used to configure Post SMTP & grant permission.
Kindly ensure that you are following the exact procedure mentioned in our documentation.

Hi,
Thank you for the information. Where on the website would it be pulling the emails from?
I’m not sure where to check to make sure they are the same.
Hey,
You can check the email from Post SMTP Settings> Messages tab & ensure that same email is used to create Gmail API.
I checked all the emails and they are all the same.
I’m still getting the Error “Error 403: access _denied”.
The website is verified with Google.
Is there another setting or something else that needs to be done?
Is it possible to delete everything are start over?
