    Hello,

your plugin is great, but this problem occurred to me many times. It doesn’t show the Instagram feed, instead it returns this message “Error: 400: Bad Request”. And then I go to the admin account page and under the column Username I see the “Loading…” and never the username. How can I fix that?

    Thank you

I am so sorry … I am reading now all the other issues about this related problem. I will ask the cutsomer if he has a personal or business account first and in case I will write you back. Thank you.

@somtam Hi mate, your Instagram token may have expired. To renew it, delete and re-add your Instagram account from the “Accounts” tab of our plugin.

    Best regards.

I did what you say and now it works. But how do I know when the Instagram token expired without the customer telling me that there is a 400 bad request error on his website?

More than that I am seeing that this is a personal account and it is working anyway. Why? I have just read many ticket where the answer was about the fact that Facebook change something and it is not possible anymore to use a personale account, but a business account is required.

    Thank you for support

    Hi,

We will notify you by email when the Instagram token expires. However, please note that the expiration of the token is managed by Facebook’s API, and it is not something we control directly.

    Best regards.

@jmatiasmastro thank you for answer. At which email you are going to send the notice about the expired token? The email associated with the instagram account? The site admin email?

    Thank you!
