 * Another possibility is that anther plugin is conflicting : try to deactivate 
   one by one the other plugin

    Yes, you are right! Short URL has a problem with the “PRO Player” plugin.

 * Obviously this plugin also use a util class and then the util class of my plugin
   is not created … I will try to find a way around by could be in few weeks
